quick question... I live in Leicester, but these are work at home positions, right?
Only ask as many of them have "locations" listed next to the jobs.0 -

Yes they are work at home positions.
I'm guessing they have locations to point towards major cities in the UK.
Apply to whichever is closest to you - even if it's by a few hundred miles! Lol! If you meet the criteria then you should get an interview no matter where in the UK you are.
Good luck!0 -
Hey everyone,
Just thought i'd update everyone, I have just had my first day of training and everything seems really good, the trainer is really friendly and clear on what needs to be done and how we are going to do it. All the other Agents seem pretty switched on too and im looking forward to getting my teeth stuck into training. A word of advice, if you have been accepted, for your sanity and everyone elses on your course make sure you do all the tests they ask you to do before you start training.!
How are you guys doing who are applying or following up today? :T

Who is your trainer?0 -
I applied for both positions as a sales agent and a customer service agent. I just recieved an email to book an appointment for a first phone interview and given the details of what number to ring to get connected and also a link to join an online meeting room? I was wondering what is the purpose of the online meeting room to the interview and what can i expect. Thanks Josh.0

Just dropping in to say Hello
A bit over a year ago I read Oliver's original post and followed him through applying and training by reading his posts.... and then joined TT in tech support myself.
Good luck to everyone applying and if I can help with any questions let me knowI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi Duchy
Wow, so you've been there for over a year- you must like it then?
I'd really like to do this to helo me pay off the rest of my debt - I want to do it alongside my current 9 to 5. Do you think that's possible?0 -
lulaloo I think that you main problem would be training as that is normally 4-8 for tech support (don't know about sales) but if you can arrange this then go for it. Good luck with clearing the debts.
At the moment I am half way through training and wonder if it is likely that I will be able to change from 20 hours to 30 hours per week?January Grocery 11/3740
