Are you all doing sales or tech support?January Grocery 11/3740

I'm doing tech support, which suits me down to the ground fortunately because I've got a good amount of experience with faulty broadband equipment... *cough*bt*cough* ... at least I got compensation and an apology from them though
And how much did you pay for a solicitor to verify your ID? I had to phone no end of places because they demanded that you had to have been a client of theirs in the past for them to do it but I eventually got it done for £60 -
thankfully a family friend is a solictor so not too many issues.January Grocery 11/3740

Yeah, I'm here in the UK :T
Have you sent off you New Hire Paperwork yet? I've completed mine and just need to return it now. And have you recieved your Workbooth CD yet, I haven't got mine yetso its cutting it kinda close!
Hey, Yeah im in the UK. cool. I spoke to recruitment today, and although my recruiter said the workbooth CD would be sent to me last week when i received the offer, it was only sent out yesterday by the offices in Ireland, Im guessing this is the same for you guys, so should get it in the next couple of days. They were surprised i had done nearly everything already so its not too close i suppose.
Just emailing my experian, proof and everything now.

It varies depending on what campaign you are on. Mine are all evening shifts. I think they try and schedule it around your availability but they are set once they give them to you. I havent been given my shifts yet so ill try let you no. But you are expected to do at the very least 20 hours. max 35 i believe.

Tech hours are anywhere from 4pm-11pm Mon to Fri, and 3pm-11pm Sat and Sun.
Hours are 20-34 and weekends are mandatory, but you will get 2 days off during the week.
You'll find a lot of your shifts are split also.
Your shifts will be emailed to you just before you finish your nesting period!0 -

No probs, Rufff.
But do make sure you have ALL your paperwork completed and returned to them ASAP, 'cos if even one piece isn't approved and returned to Teletech by Experian, then you won't get your log in details and won't be able to start taking calls. If that happens, it's unpaid leave until everything has been passed...0
