If you are not interested in a sales role or a support role then this thread is a strange place to be. Both roles based around telephone usage and if you are not interested in working via telephone supporting or selling a product then both the "real work at home" threads will be of no interest to you.0

I've done my skills & technical assessments, but I'm worried I didn't get round to it quick enough as they were sent last tuesday and I only did them yesterday. Someone had been ringng me last week but I'd been at work every time they rang, and was only able to leave a message for the person on the freephone no. Are they still looking for staff, or have I missed my chance? Also I was really bad on the bit that tested my typing speed!0

HELP PLEASE from my 'old friends' Oliver27, PaulK and Duchy and basically anyone else lol. Ok- been in the sales position now since April this year and have tried to answer many questions on both forums- I now need help. Ok tech guys- whilst working and selling yesterday- chordiant, avaya, whiteboard and everything else I may have had open - started to die on me - mouse ran across the screens as if on speed (I guess thats what it looks like lol). Got ticket number from lovely tech support and closed everything down. PC world says- my laptop has died!!
ok basically, bought new laptop- great big thing 3gb memory etc- running vista - i tried to load workbooth- and had my ethernet cable connected via the belkin adapter which I had to use on my dead laptop- can't get even a penguin up- screen is just grey-what to do- need to get back working again asap. And as anyone who has tried to phone tech support - it is quicker to ask on this forum lol.
If anyone is going to ask what the system type things are (thats why I am in sales and not tech) please tell me how to find that information out too lol

teltech have confirmed they conduct a credit check, and all ccjs or debts must have been paid of or have payment plans in place,
sounds just like what vodafone do, i can understand vodafone as its the consumer credit act, but teletech ???Wannabe DFW NERD: Not fully fledged member yet !

You have access to personal data and account details, it's a sensible approach in my view just in case someone thinks they can have a look around a customers financial details on the system in use. Anyone accessing an account leaves a tag and would be stupid to do anything like this but I'm sure it's happened in the past for other companies so TT are just covering bases.0

Yeah i guess so
Maybe teletech should make it alot clearer they conduct one though, I am not worried though it will pass fine
