    God Jeremy Kyle was rubbish today, lol! Thank god I've just had an invite from my brother to go for lunch then into town. Even though I have a chest infection and feel pretty rubbish, I am determined to NOT turn down any invitations (as I usually just shut myself away and talk to no one).

    morning tiff, how are you today hun?, love the pics that you post they always make me laugh. last week at the craft group i did some knitting, this week i think i am going to do some cross stitch. yes the 2 hours i seem to have gained are very welcome, and i shall make good use of them.

    well done frames, on making a positive decision, to go out at every invitation,

    :hello: Everyone,

    I had a good day today,went to the pub and had lunch out with my friends,It was really nice :) then I went to do a food shop at Asda,came back,scanned it all,put it away then I saw my community nurse where she treated me to a Latte for my birthday treat as she promised she would,The Gourmet meal arrived today nice and early so my parents didnt have to wait in all day and they were really pleased.

    relaxing this evening :)
