Hello everyone!
Went to church this morning which helped me alot.
Also visited a friend with my chihuahua puppy Elmo
Just wondering how do you all deal with being overly self-concious/self aware? I sometimes find it difficult worrying about my worth as a person and what others think of me. I having CBT at the moment so i am hoping this will help in the longer term.

morning all, hope everyone is well this morning
well done atomised, for getting dressed, and venturing out yesterday
anni, good news, re, sam, take it slowly, and have fun,

busy day for me, going to a craft day, starting at 10, and finishing at 4, will be learning jow to make small xmas gifts from fabric left overs, eg, scented sachets for drawers, am looking forward to it. then going out with ian tonight for something to eat, and then the cinema

Hope all is well,I am fine today,no Exeter today as my friends went to a Cliff Richard Concert at Cardiff I am going to have a nice day,instead I am going to meet with other friends at a restaurant for a coffee at 11am and then come home and just enjoy the day.
