Thanks for your replies.
I was feeling quite worked up last night about going into work this morning but it wasn't that bad. I came home at 4pm and my 12yo dd is still not dressed. I've got her to go take a shower but I forgot to ask if she'd even eaten. Bad mum!
I don't know if it makes any difference but I started my period today (sorry) and I don't feel quite so bad. Maybe it's a kind of release. I don't take notice of when my period's due so I never know if that's the reason i'm maybe feeling cranky or down, until i've already started. I mean I don't go psycho - it's usually just subtle differences I notice. So that on top of everything else....well, the timing was lousy lol. Could have been the straw that broke tha camel's back.
