I haven't got dressed for two days now. Only just managed to muster up the energy to wash my hair yesterday... after a week. So I know where you're coming from :S

I had a shower this morning for the first time since Thursday *blush* Slept all day Friday and sat around in my nightclothes yesterday. Am usually a clean-freak. Boyfriend's been getting me food, otherwise I wouldn't bother eating. I'm not usually like this but it does happen once in a while.

I don't follow this thread, just thought I'd pipe up that you're not the only one.

that's good to hear, isn't something i discuss with 'real' people if that makes sense because I feel a bit ashamed to not being able to get out of bed, get dressed, shower etc etc. I guess it's hard to understand unless you are going through it so it is nice to know i'm not alone.

Got up and walked into town to meet my boyfriend from work and took me ages to work myself up to doing it but glad that i managed it when i get like this i want to call in sick to work etc etc and because i've only been at the place like 2 months dont want to create a bad impression or lose out on wages which i need so really felt the need to motivate myself today- even if my hair is disgusting from lack of showering lol

did have contact, but not anymore, blocked him on msn, and also on my phone, and i know you just text asking me to delete this post, before i blocked it, and i refuse to, contact me again, and i will let everyone on the thread know who you are

Had a fairly good day which is good, not really eating properly though, and looking forward to the day im out of my overdraft (should be really soon)

got given a free lunch today, which was nice... realised id not eaten a proper meal except that in days... only crisps and stuff

Housemate just gave me pudding, which was nice...

Im happy to eat, but cant afford it right now

It'll be sorted soon, parents give me food money, i'm gona save it all for christmas presents/ petrol tho

have you looked on the old stye threads, they are good at giving advie on eating well, on a budget
