had what felt like a good day at work today but I ate sooo much so I know that the depression is still bubbling under the surface (mine seems to come and go almost rather than being a daily thing- anyone else get that?) but I must have been able to function enough kinda like when you have a bug and its waiting on you to stop before attacking you (rambling i think lol)

Sorry I wasnt on Saturday evening I got taken really ill and I mean literally ill,my dad had to come and stay the night I felt so bad,anyhow I am on the mend and back to my happy self again.I didnt go to Exeter because I was ill,luckally I saw my brother before I got ill and I couldnt go to lunch on the sunday,I am now eating again but light things,not ready for a full meal yet as I am not strong enough to eat one.welcome to our thread 98dougl and Little Miss Aspie
