not been ideal today, not got out of bed except a 10minutes trip to town

decided to give up smoking too... last cigarette today, so thats not helping lol

PBG, why give up smoking when you're already feeling low, surely this will only make you feel worse

When deciding to give something up it's best to do it when one is on a high, at least it makes the challenge more easier.

Ive got no money, have realised i have to give up at some point. I cant afford to eat, so i cant smoke and justify it.

Not exactly... i spent too much recently... and ended up in my overdraft, but in a minor way... it'll be sorted soon

I ust need to be careful with money... and not eat or smoke (today ive had a bag of crisps that was in cupboard lol)

hope all are ok this evening,was settling down to watch Casualty when I felt ill,phoned home to say I didnt feel well then went to bed,hour later I was sick,now I feel better,I overate today and thats why I was sick.
