    Hello everyone

Sorry i've not been around for a few days. Not even been much lurking to be done!

Hubby is still away. Think he is regretting his actions now. Seems to want to worm his way back. Sent me a text (one of several) saying that we could sit down rationally and sort everything out and work out a plan to move forward. Said it was up to me which I think is ridiculuous as it was him who left me. Don't know what to do. Obviously I miss him, but actually have been having a nice week despite being lonely. Have slept better than I have in months and the house has never been so clean and tidy lol. Best thing though - no shirts to iron!

    Love to all

Does he keep doing the same thing and not really changing? There is no use in him coming back if he goes back to being a twonk again and you having to go thro this again.

Yes don't they mess the place up?

Not feeling good tonight about the opposite sex myself.

    HELLO everyone.

I have one question for you all-
how do you keep meaning in your everyday life?
I mean what can help bob you up when u are down?:A
    Katix
    Hi Kati
To stay good there are 3 things rather like 3 sides of a triangle which all affect each other.
The first is to know yourself. If I asked !who are you" I would probably get back about 3 or 4 things eg I am xyz a mother of two with a part time job working as a abc. Is that all you are? NO but after a few more trys I would still have a very limited picture of who you are and this is because some people lose touch with themselves. this means if you just focus on one or two things like a partner or your job and that goes. what are you left with? All your value has gone and so you see yourself without value. Values are the second part of the triangle. What are your true values? I asked some one here (cant remember who and it wasnt answered anyway) Do you value happiness? Many people will say they do but actually do very little themselves to achieve it. This is because they would trather sacrifice their values for the short term approval of others so that the face they have made up for the rest of the world can be maintained. These people are often seen through and see others as making judgements about them which because they have sacrificed their true values makes them see themselves as valueless.
The third side is what you expect from others. I got in to trouble here for saying like attracts like so I will use someone elses explanation and just say Pygmalion effect. ie if you expect others to treat you badly they probably will.
Get these three sides of the triangle right and you will never be depressed but you can start with any side and it will act on the other two.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

    :hello: Everyone,

I am fine today, had a nice lunch at the pub,it was tasty, got a bat biscuit at a bakery and ate that to celebrate Halloween in my own way.

I then got my food shop done and then came home :) I got a mars bar and a can of orangeade to have later whilst watching Monster House which I got on dvd a week or 2 ago.

    Have a nice evening!
