just sexy romantic stuff.I am single at the moment but when i was married it helped to get in the mood if my husband paid me a little attention throughout the day,a kiss before he left for work,a hug when he came in,that sort of thing. We need to feel loved to want to make love.

That is so true - I shall use that quote to show my hubby! Lol!:D Men can just turn it on like a tap can't they and don't always understand it can take more for women!

gem - how are you hunnie? I haven't had a catch-up with you for a while. I just wanted to say that I've noticed how supportive you are to so many here, angel.action-smiley-033.gif I think it's so lovely of you to defend others when you feel the need to do so.angel-smiley-002.gif Hope all is well with you, hun.sLo_hug2.gif
Thanks Tiff,I am ok ,like a lot of us i am not at my best at this time of the year,i hate the cold and the dark nights.I am however managing my depression quite well at the moment, not sure if my hormones have settled down(i am going through the menapause)or that i am just learning to manage better.I tend to get depressed if i think too much so i don't give myself time to think, when not at work i am either busy online or reading.I have always been a big reader maybe because when i am reading about someone elses life i don't have time to think about my own.I had my first counselling apointment in August which went ok.She said she was passing me on to someone else but i have not heard anything yet, not sure if i should phone and enquire as she did not say how long it would take just that i would get a letter through the post.

It was lovely to have an update about your son, glad he is enjoying the course,I bet the house will be very quiet when he goes back but it is not long until christmas when he will be home again
hi gem, i would give them a quick call re, the counselling, just to put your mind at rest. in my area, i had to wait 12 months from the first appointment, to regular sessions

  • Hello everyone

Sorry i've not been around for a few days. Not even been much lurking to be done!

Hubby is still away. Think he is regretting his actions now. Seems to want to worm his way back. Sent me a text (one of several) saying that we could sit down rationally and sort everything out and work out a plan to move forward. Said it was up to me which I think is ridiculuous as it was him who left me. Don't know what to do. Obviously I miss him, but actually have been having a nice week despite being lonely. Have slept better than I have in months and the house has never been so clean and tidy lol. Best thing though - no shirts to iron!

    Love to all
