Just listened to some music videos this morning I rang a radio station to enquire about my singalong with jesus cd as it hadnt arrived yet and I won it over two weeks ago and they said sorry for its delay and would sort it out this week as I am one of 20 winners.

afternoon all, how is everyone today?
i'm in a lot of pain right now., i have arthritis in my knee, which is playing up, and also feeling a bit low, was looking forward to going out tonight, but the guy i was seeing has just texted me to tell me he is poorly, cant be helped i guess.

I hope you are all ok,I am fine had a busy morning in my flat,then went out for a walk after lunch saw friends and I got a mug of tea and a nice teacake to go with it I had a nice time,then walked on to a lighthouse and then back home had a sleep,then just woke and had a nice bath

that is a disappointment for you it will be even better next time you see him,give him a ring tonight for a chat instead or as AB says pop over and see him Sorry to hear you have a bad knee at the moment.

I agree. Ignore the people who don't understand and may try to put you down. There are people on here who do understand what you are going through. Ive certainly been there, done that and got the t-shirt. Im in a much better place than I was a few years ago but I still have bad days and get stressed and anxious at times too. I would like to think I could help or just 'be there' for people having a bad time because I know what its like.

I love those cats having a hug, Tiff. The sentiment is true too. Just knowing that someone sympathises can help.

Maybe it's an old post. If anyone is negative and not understanding, they must be negative to post in a thread they say they have no time for.
