Seen a Britney interview where she talks about her last few years and she had no idea what she was doing etc etc as she was out of her head.

Amazing what can bring you down I suppose my lack of being able to form relationships for whatever reason has made me cling on to someone I have huge admiration for and that feels very real. More real than just about any relationship of any kind that i've had for many a year (or maybe the fact my relationships of recent years have been so bad, I know Britney cannot hurt me personally!)

Still, I don't feel guilty, as she is an amazing character/performer etc etc, I just wish I didn't like her as much sometimes :rolleyes: as when things go wrong, it kinda affects me and makes me wanna get all the paps and her haters and slap them around a bit

I hope we are all as well as can be, Tuesday is upon us........I may get around to a haircut today. I'm usually a skinhead (add that to my height and build and imagine the looks I get ) but right now I have much more hair than usual, albeit less than most people still.

You know them big tubes of sweets that come out at Xmas? Saw some big tube of pink smarties today. Best get them quick before Saz and Tiff get their mitts on them

Well peeps, that's Moanday out of the way for another week, so welcome to Tunasday! I'm hoping everyone is safe and sound this morning. I've been up since 4a.m., waiting to welcome the dawn in...and I'm still waiting. Not a single ruddy bird to be heard, I tell you!
The thread got quite busy yesterday I noticed and I want to send a warm to both girl racer(gr) and sweet pea(sp)! Thank you both for posting - the first post is always the hardest so well done - and you are more than welcome here to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Regardless, you will find a wealth of experience and some really lovely people on this thread ready to support you.

And a sincere welcome home to alba! It's lovely to hear from you again hunnie - how the heck are you? You've got a whole lot of back-reading to do! The thread is still working its own special kind of magic, as you can see - and yes, everything is still all sazzy's fault!(Loves you sazzy!) I hope all is well with you, angel.

You are beautiful, angel! Your beauty shows through here in your words and your art and in your heart. And we've seen some lovely photos of you.

Maybe the problem is that you're so used to putting yourself down, and unable to trust, that you don't feel beautiful, that you're not used to the idea and feel uncomfortable with it?;) Many of us feel this way, lm.

I'm sure I'm not the only one here who thinks you're lovely, lm.
Try and take the compliment at face value hun and you might just be surprised at how much that can help make you feel beautiful.

After having their 11th child, a Liverpool couple decided that was enough, as the social wouldn't buy them a bigger bed and they weren't strong enough to nick one.

The husband went to his doctor and told him that he and his wife didn't want to have any more children.

The doctor told him there was a procedure called a vasectomy that would fix the problem but it was expensive.

A less costly alternative was to go home, get a firework, light it, put it
in a beer can, then hold the can up to his ear and count to 10.

The Scouser said to the doctor, "I may not be the smartest guy in the world, but I don't see how putting a firework in a beer can next to my ear is going to help me."

"Trust me, it will do the job", said the doctor.

So the man went home, lit a banger and put it in a beer can. He held the can up to his ear and began to count: "1, 2, 3, 4, 5," at which point he paused, placed the beer can between his legs so he could continue counting on his other hand.

This procedure also works in Essex and anywhere in Wales.
