Actually you didn't ring the store, you rang Dundee, Dundee are full of worthless and incorrect information
WOW, you know everything eh!! actually I DID ring the store, as I got the 0845 number and converted it on saynoto0870 - sorry to burst your bubble but you dont actually know EVERYTHING!!!
And FYI, actually I am not bothered about not having coupons excepted, more about the attitude of the lump of lard serving me - must be par for the course with tesco staff ( and ex staff) having bad attitude........................... judging by your post:rolleyes:0 -

Even the 01/02 numbers redirect to Dundee!!
You give bad attitude you get it back
Strange then, that if I was calling Dundee the gentleman said Good Morning Tesco Carnforth and the number I dialled started with 01524 - which is in fact a Carnforth number???:D oops, but obviously with you knowing EVERYTHING he must have got his location wrong and I must have been redirected to Dundee:rolleyes:0 -
I've become a train driver now. You coupon people can't use 400 coupons for a London ticket now
You refer to the people on this forum as ' you coupon people'...obviously you are not one of us then , so why are you bothering to concern yourself with what we do?Why do you think your opinion should matter?Surely this forum is for like minded people....not interfering busybodies.0 -

I feel a little sorry for you d.edna as you obviously had some bad experiences with couponers but please do not tar us all with the same brush the majority of couponers are happy to save a little on their shop full stop - there should be no vendetta or HATRED.I am shocked that you feel the way that you do and hope that you are in a minority.
If and when retailers stop taking coupons then so be it - I won't starve but I will shop around more as I don't like my T store much and their choice of products is getting more limited every time I visit.I have in fact shopped at Asda over the past few weeks and find the store nicer, product cheaper and staff more pleasant so if T stop taking coupons I will vote with my feet and so will others - no rudeness, cockiness or hatred intended just shopping where I choose
I started couponing because I kept standing behind people who used loads of coupons and felt that I would use Tesco's own motto - every little helps
I have never abused the use of coupons nor would I dream of abusing staff as although I do not know them personally I have come to like several of the SA and over the years have even bought them little presents on their birthday sadly from your attitude I doubt that any customers have been moved to do as much for you
I hope you now have a job you like.
Are you a traffic warden now or a GP receptionist?
comment quote=d.edna;15950425]Store policy might say you have to.
You wonder why coupon people are hated.
You are rude to staff and you want them to help you yeah right.
Actually you don't The staff know it better, I bet you moan when your cocky and no one wants to help you
No was a front end team leader someone who knows the policy.
The people abuse the system, are rude, cocky, arrogant, think they are better, Plus people hate it when they get caught commiting coupon abuse.
Whats going to happen when tesco and other retailers stop taking your coupons? Because it's going to happen.[/quote]I am not a beige person:D0 -

Hi WSM,
Congrats on using your coupon in Waitrose. If you get to use another one I wouldn't worry about filling in your details. You're very unlikely to get a call from the coupon police.
Having said that please don't try to use a Daily Mail MOC in Tesco as they are unable to reclaim the money back from the supplier and on this thread we are all dead against it. We want to keep the coupon policy going as long as possible for the benefit of all.
