  • Hi, I am new here and wondered if anyone can help me please? - the £3 off a £30 spend voucher that was in the NOTW yesterday, do you actually have to spend £30 or will they take it anyway for say, a £20 shop?

So anyway. Yesterday I visited T's and ran the scenario past the SA.
    "Are you mad?", she asked.
"Yes, I am!", I courteously replied.
"We currently don't have that particularly model in stock anyway" she sneeringly growled.
"Oh, I'm not that fussy" I replied.
"And we don't take that Daily Maily moc!" she mockingly retorted.
Damn, I thought, I knew I should have gone to the trainee and not the trout.
Mad left the counter with his tail between his legs and his MOC (not between his legs). When, suddenly out of the corner of his eye there it was. Sitting on the shelf looking pristine in it's sleek packaging and design the very latest model. Mad quickly picked up the camera and carefully placed next to the white stripey baked beans in his basket.
Seizing upon the moment Mad headed straight for the tills. When suddenly a flash of light pierced my eyes. Squinting I could see an empty till and a girl smiling at me, her braces glinting in the late autumn sunshine streaming through the plate glass windows. Casually slipping on his sunglasses Mad passes over his purchases and coupon which she unwittingly scans.
Upon leaving the store, Mad gives a cheery thumbs up or was it a finger to the old trout glaring at me from her counter.
    Total shop £3.24.
See Mad's sooper dooper all singing all dancing latest camera here....

Have just received several Guardian/observer vouchers, can anyone tell me if these can be used in Tesco without actually purchasing the newspaper. Thank you

I use them with no problems at all, but I do use the relevant day when presenting to the SA, but use any day( as long as not they have not expired) if using the self-scan.

Yes they can. Use them on the day stated though so T can redeem them OK.
