  • Hi,

Has any of you try printing coupons in black & white & used it at the above branches of Mr. T? Do they accept it?

    Thanks

I have asked at both stores and was told they need to be in colour because they could be photocopies! i don't know if they are dunce but you can photocopy in colour if you have an all in one i don't see what the difference would be they still get their money back plus 2p on every coupon so how can they lose out?

But the best bit is, you will get a £5 no7 voucher and a £5 various skincare voucher, which can then be spent in store on no7, olay etc as stated on the vouchers.

If you use them to buy products below £5, you end up with £10 of products free.

If you can find any of the products under £5 that are left, that is ;-) ! Every Boots I've been in just has empty shelves for the few smaller cheaper products that are eligable with these vouchers.

For those using the green mithcum coupons, if you take four to boots, and get four deodorant sprays, sticks, roll-ons or a mix - (thanks princess coupon), you will get them ALL for about £1.16 with your coupons, as they all have £1 off at the moment already. Depending which ones you get, it works out about 20p to 30p each.

(found this info on the boots thread and tried it instore - it works (£10 FREE, FOR SPENDING JUST OVER A POUND!!).

They actually work out to 15p each, they are reduced by £1 to £1.65 and the coupon is worth £1.50. Ive been buying them for several weeks now as they are a real bargain, though I think the offer ends soon.

There are some at £1.79 aswell, so it depends what you buy. As i said, it includes ALL the mitchum range.

For spending next to nothing (less than £1 as long as the price before deducting the £1.50 coupons was over £5), you get £10 in free skincare products.

If you do buy the £1.65 ones, you need four. Using four coupons reduces it from £6.60 to just 60p. You then get the £10 vouchers.

If you buy the £1.79 ones, you only need to get 3. Using 3 coupons reduces the price from £5.37 to 87p, and you still get the £10 vouchers.

    Hope thats clearer.

Your right, I think the stores have been told not to stock back up until after the offer ends. Ive visited various Boots stores, and they all have some of the items, so ive done okay.

But some may have to go for the dearer ones and add money to the vouchers, which is probably what the offer intended us to do.

Don't forget to check the clearance sections too. Some people have got 3 items worth around £15, using just one voucher.

Time delay mens and no7 mens are also included.

Whilst you are at Boots, you can top up on lynx for pressies etc. The 2 for £4 offer works on the double packs too!!
  • Hi Has anyone actually used the Danone Activia coupons for buying the yogurt and has any comments that I could pass on to BzzAgent in a report?(Did the yogurts make you feel any better/worse, what flavours you tried, did you try the Fat Free ones?, what you liked/disliked about them or any other comments that you have about the yogurts) if you have I would appreciate it if you could pm me with them!

p.s. incase you didn't know the printable MOC is now valid until 30.09.08

  • It is a shame that MOD deleted (accidently) some of Honey9036 .jpg file on (No Chat) thread. Good job I saved it in my computer...

Yes, I have to say I was a bit ticked off when I saw that my posts had been deleted.

I love the MSE forums, but only tend to post when I have something useful to contribute (I'm not really a 'chatty' person), so it was a bit annoying to think that what I considered to be helpful posts were being classed as clutter.

I don't know whether to continue uploading multi-sheets of coupons with improved barcodes if there's the risk that the posts will get removed before anyone has the chance to see them.

I'm sure that on the whole the MODs are helpful, but I think in this instance the imposed control has totally ruined what was a perfectly happy and fully functioning thread (ie the original printable thread - before the split).

Anyway, rant over. I'll return to being quiet and occasionally useful.

I consider your multi sheet posts to be a valid code post not a "chat" at all and value them very much (they've helped me when I've had issues with barcodes).

I do agree with your opinion about the imposed control, though, I only post in that chat when a voucher is no longer valid and hasn't been noted, or the link doesn't work.
