I was in a second Tesco store today (having already been turned away from one earlier in the week), and my coupons were refused point blank.
I showed the policy and was told that cashier did not care what the Tesco policy was, it was up to the individual manager and cashiers.
I would have asked for the manager, but after a long day, i just could not be bothered. I wasn't standing around arguing with a chasier half my age, so i told him to put it all back then, and walked away. There was £20+ quid of shopping, and my coupons were only for a few quid.
I am stopping with friends at the moment, so they are not my local Tesco's. But i return home next week, and i have a feeling things might have changed there too.
The end of couponing as we know it is nigh!0 -
I would email customer services as tescos and tell them how disappointed you are about your treatment I did this and they confirmed they should accepted coupons and spoke to the store manager on my behalf.

I think i will actually. Although it's not my local Tesco, i am in this area a lot.
I spent ages yesterday printing all the coupons i could find, even emptying my ink cartridge. Hope i don't get stuck with them now.0 -

Checked with CS in my local T's today if they would accept internet coupons printed in black ink only. Was told it would be o.k. so it might be worth checking at your local.
Footnote: Hello Madmuppet1. Hope you are well and keeping busy. Hope to see you back on here soon. Tried to PM you but site would not permit it. Take care. x0 -

For those using the green mithcum coupons, if you take four to boots, and get four deodorant sprays, sticks, roll-ons or a mix - (thanks princess coupon), you will get them ALL for about £1.16 with your coupons, as they all have £1 off at the moment already. Depending which ones you get, it works out about 20p to 30p each.
Get Coupon:- http://www.handbag.com/lifestyle/Mitchums-Mums-Summer-Guide/special
But the best bit is, you will get a £5 no7 voucher and a £5 various skincare voucher, which can then be spent in store on no7, olay etc as stated on the vouchers.
If you use them to buy products below £5, you end up with £10 of products free.
(found this info on the boots thread and tried it instore - it works (£10 FREE, FOR SPENDING JUST OVER A POUND!!).0 -

I don't think you need to post in another thread, if you look at Browntoa's comment they say that they will leave chat that relates to codes that don't work. I presume they meant coupons that don't work etc but I personally believe that anything relating to coupons that don't work should be in that thread and not in the chat otherwise it will be impossible to follow things! - The sort of things that clog it up and I consider 'chat' are 'Can someone post such and such multisheet', 'my printer won't work', 'That takes a whole page per coupon' etc:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)
