Am going to try the mitchum coupons in my T's tonight as I've got sheet loads of them

Went to buy some kitchen roll last night and the value one was 6p more expensive than the standard ones :eek:

Mad was on the loo today and realised too late there was no bog roll to hand. So I shuffled off into the kitchen and found some Xmas serviettes to come to the rescue. Shuffled back in to the loo and used the said items. However, Mad's butt is now a bit sore as the serviettes had glitter on them.:rotfl:

As i predicted would happen, Mitchum now use couponet, but that should not mean that the others are invalid. They should not have put a long date on, and made them saveable to the PC for the Ebay sellers to use.

I did use 12 in one shop at Sainsbury, but i was buying the items (worked out at 15p each), and i used a £1.50 one in Boots today no problem.

Just been in to Morecambe Tesco ( who usually take anything) and was told by the lovely SA that a 4 page document has just been issued regarding coupons and apparentely only ONE coupon is now allowed per shop:o she hadnt actually read the whole thing but will let me know next time I go in exactly what it says - looks like the train driver( D Edna) will be very happy today!;)

Interesting but why would it take four pages to say that?? Does this mean that multishops in the same day are allowed, are we going to have peeps segregating their shopping on the same belt?? Questions Questions Need this document.......d.edna CANNOT be right Nooooooooooooooooo

:Dlol hope not too!!

She just said there was a four page document in the office that was regarding coupons but she hadnt had a chance to read it, she was told to read it on her break but that they were now only allowed to accept one coupon per shop ( she still took 5 off me though;)) lets hope that there are some other lovely SA's out there in other branches:p

There are some nice s/a in my local store but they have to adhere to the rules otherwise they will get into trouble so it won't be because they themselves are being awkward by refusing.I am grateful for the amount that I have already saved on coupons and as stated before once T stop taking them - 5 in my local store with like for like purchases i.e food for food toiletries for toiletries - I shall change my shopping habits and use Asda,Sainsbury etc more often.I only use T every week due to the coupon policy but have had to shop elsewhere just recently and noticed goods that I buy are more expensive there than other supermarkets but not once I have used coupons - so I will vote with my feet and if others find the same and go elsewhere they may reverse their policy once their takings drop - we shall have to wait and see:cool:
