Afternoon ladies.
Managed to do a HHC of sorts while both boys were sleeping. DS2 is being a pain and wanting me all the time today. He's going through a phase where he has to be able to see me all the time. For the past couple of days he has had long afternoon kip, but today 45mins was all i got. In that time i:- cleaned kitchen window frame/glass and sill, cleaned tiles on that wall,
- cleaned uPVC back door and inside/outside of glass
- put everything back on the window sill
- cleaned and bleached the sink and plastic drainer
- washed up breakie and lunch dishes
- watered my pepper seedlings
- emailed amazon buyer and discovered i have sold another book, so i have that to package and sort.
feeling really tired and have sore arms and back from holding ds2 and pushing the double buggy.
i'm going to have a sit down i think till ds1 gets up0 -
Finished my first week flying - now my house is all sparkly and ready for me to go back to work in a week - but will be in next week to keep it that way - but may become a part time flyer after that!

Had my nap.. caught up on the list.. got a date tomorrow night with my friend
.. both our hubbies will love that.. no idea why we never do anything we ought not do.. stupid men!!!
I can't decide whether to dash about the house with a cloth or undercoat the woodwork... what do we think??? I need to sand a bit and the sandpaper is in the shed.
Laundry dashed in while it rained.. it was dry.. just a bit damp now so 10 minutes in the dryer will do it.
I need to get my bed sheets on the bed too..
AND find a pattern for some draught excluders... I kniw they are just a sausage BUT I want something specific!.... hhhmmmmm I wonder if cuboid ones would work?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I just went down to the courtyard to see how I could use it. Once DF does something with the redundant motorbike there'll be lots of space (as courtyards go). The thing is-its really just a concrete slab that was laid but I guess its been there a while as its all cracked in places and weeds are coming up through the cracks.
How do I get rid of the weeds? ive only ever dealt with weeds in grass and soil (dig em up)0
