Lets all have a cuppa and some chocolate in pooh sad corner we've been there before and will poke sticks at anyone being mean.

Polkadot I am really luck DS2 does not have a serious problem. When DS3 was born he had positional talipees(sp) so was under the paedi physio and I mentioned to her that DS2 (nearly 6 at the time) walked a bit funny. She looked and he was diagnosed with tight hamstrings and flat feet. The orthos are to try to rectify this to take the pressure off his knees and back. Trouble is apart from me occasionally ringing to get new ones fitted there has been no follow up - the shoe fitter today who knew an awful lot said that he is not sure that the orthos he has are correct due to where the wear is on them, hence me now taking him in a couple of weeks time. We are in herts. This guy can even cut the shoes to make the orthos fit better and with hush puppy shoes they come with 3 different removeable insoles to help with the fit. I hope you are ok after your fall, poor you.

Right I must get on HHC anyone at 15:30? I need to: EDIT - JUST SEEN YOU HAVE ONE PLANNED SO OFF WE GO

    put wash on maiden
    clear desk
remove stuff from shelves and wipe them
    clear piles from floor

    Hi

I'm not doing very well keeping up with the thread again.

I'm trying to decorate Ds1's room before he comes back but i can only do it in the evenings when Ds2 has gone to bed, so it's slow going.

I also tried to print off the pics of the damaged shed and toys for the insurance company but my camera died half way through so i'm going to have to get some more batteries. I wonder if i could get them on expenses.

I'm going to try and catch up but i think i've got to page 4 so far.

Right.. those with foot issues.. big question re DD5.. she is nearly 4 and walks like a toddler.. you know when they first start walking and lean forwards to keep their balance.. she doesn't walk on her toes.. she is almost as flat footed as I am. She struggles to walk to nursery and home and is REALLY slow and falls constantly.. I alreayd know the answer to this question.. but.. should we get this checked? And who by? The orthpaedic guy isn't interested.. we've seen him.. Ahole covers it nicely.. podiatry? a physio? ..

DD4 is going to be fitted for inserts next month, she had talipes and has legs of different lengths.. it was next week but the appointment clashed with growth clinic.
