Oh Max, not the old "I'm struggling on a forum so I'll pretend the other guy is mad and I'll do the 'calm down, calm down' trick". I expected so much more from you max. tut, tut.

I'm embarrassed for you, I really am :o <- Look, this is me blushing for you!

    :rotfl:

    Genuinely funny. :D

  • Over to you, Max Headroom. This is the sort of person you're sticking up for. From the posts I've read you seem to be a decent enough person. I'd therefore think twice before you support someone like !!!!!!? in future...

Not sticking up for anyone, just pointing out that people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Fact is, you've no reasoned debate or argument here, you've resorted to childish name calling.

"House prices aren't going to fall a lot cos you used the word negro"

Come on, you talk about others having zero credibility, how much credibility do you think that gives your argument?

Oh dear, another thread has degenerated into petty name calling and general spitefulness.

    Excellent.

Btw - he has a rubbish car as well...

Er. Although apparently he also has a six pack. I've got a Party Keg mate.

Just popped in with a little bit of anecdotal, our boss who is going through a divorce has just bought a house that was up at £125k for £120k. 4 ftb'ers fighting over it, also today lloyds tsb reduce their mortgage rates for the 2nd time in a week due to confidence returning to the market? Doesn't sound like we are in a crash to me? .

quite often actaully - but not really the point in question...

Oh really? In the nitpicking spirit which you interjected into this thread, where have I ever represented 50% drops in price as being the norm right now?

i wouldn't say that was nitpicking old bean - i'd rather say that you've made a statemet which you can't back (as usual i may mention)...

You just stated above that I've 'quite often' represented 50% price drops as the norm. That rather sounds like a statement you can't back up - unlike the examples which have come up here of some 50% drops which back up my passing statement that 50% drops have already happened on some properties.

So - when are you going to back up your claim?

go run along old chap and log on using another username to give you some back up in the discussion...

Sounds very much like yet another baseless personal criticism of me from you. Not unusual for you to do so but that makes two specific fatuous claims from you, about me personally, in one short post. Neither of which you'll be able to back up of course, because they simply have no basis in fact.

Considering that the whole thrust of your latest baiting attempts in this very thread are to try to jump on a casual comment I made and demand 'proof' (which you got), that really does look astoundingly hypocritical and stupid.

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.

if you used the word negro in this day and age - i don't think that you really have defence.

people like you are racist and don't really do much much society - keep trolling please.

Read the thread (even though it's butchered by Dithering Dad doing his usual trick of deleting his posts afterwards where he started whiffling on about first 'the N word' and then 'I actually meant negro') and then kindly retract your direct allegation of racism.

That makes THREE ridiculous accustations about me in the space of two posts you have made in this thread. The stupid guff about house prices and claiming I use other accounts I can take as your usual stupidity.

Coming out with crap like " people like you are racist and don't really do much much society" is not something I'm so casual about.

    EDIT
: The thread in question where I started posting is here, for anyone inclined to believe Chuck's nasty little allegation.

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=12325361#post12325361

It's hard to read because Dithering Dad edited all his posts out afterwards but you should get the main thrust of things from the comments of his that I quoted.

Relax !!!!!!...I do not think you are a racist if that helps your current dilemma.

Guide price 80k from auction house for similar nearby property:

    Here's a 40% drop:

Enjoy it because that's all the justifying of casual comments I'm going to do for the Dithering Dad/Chucky tag team.

    Hi !!!!!!

I'm glad you've posted those links cos you've proved my point - it's the hard to sell cheap places (and I mean cheap in every way: area, building etc) that WERE overpriced in the first place.

You won't find a beautiful property up for sale at a 50% discount!!:rotfl:

By the way, you once called ME a retard.................yet YOU couldn't even afford to buy my garage! So if I'm a retard - what does that make you?!
