The whole market is linked, so if the lower priced properties fall then the rest of the market gradually follows.

Relax !!!!!!...I do not think you are a racist if that helps your current dilemma.

Cheers - pointless back biting about house prices I can take with a pinch of salt but chucking allegations of racism to get a rise is exactly the sort of behaviour that cheapens the seriousness of real racial discrimination and abuse.

Oh really? In the nitpicking spirit which you interjected into this thread, where have I ever represented 50% drops in price as being the norm right now?

read my post!! i said it was the norm for you to make things up.
this is an example of you just making up something that i said - thanks for making a fool of yourself... :)

You just stated above that I've 'quite often' represented 50% price drops as the norm. That rather sounds like a statement you can't back up - unlike the examples which have come up here of some 50% drops which back up my passing statement that 50% drops have already happened on some properties.

Here you go again - I never said that...
I stated that you couldn't back up facts - you started comparing apples with oranges. not really a good comparison...

So - when are you going to back up your claim?

no need i just explained it above - the proof that you provided was completely out of context and can't really be compared. the price of the property for the auction will not be sold for half the price of the other property this is a fact and you know this but will reply with a tangeant of an argument that you are being bullied or completely say i said something else.

i appreciate this forum is a majort part of your life but try to be honest because there are a lot of people out there that take notice of what goes on here. please take this into account... :)

So you know better than the chief executive do you??? And you don't think he hasn't thought of all those points??!

Why don't you apply for his job then maybe you'll be on £220k a year.
Let's dispel this myth. People don't do jobs because they know a lot, or are good. It's about whose 4rse they licked, who they know, who their family know and who can put a good word in.

By the way, you once called ME a retard.................yet YOU couldn't even afford to buy my garage! So if I'm a retard - what does that make you?!

    :rotfl:

    I did?

Please provide a URL to that and I'll be happy to withdraw that slur and also happy to apologise for using that term as an inappropriate insult.

I'd apologise unreservedly now but since I genuinely have no recollection of saying that, you'll appreciate I'd like the URL to the post in question.

I see - not able to justify anything you said (including accusation about me using other accounts) and more baiting.

I'd enjoy the irony of the situation even more if I thought you were lucid and intelligent enough right now to understand how you are making yourelf look in this thread.

As it is, probably best if you sit down, think about it and then do a "Dithering Dad" and go back after the dust has settled and quietly remove your postings on the sly to avoid embarrassment at a later date.

Some things are best reflected on for a while first - like buying Polaris World properties.
