    Evening Strumpet me old sausage.

I have been busy which is why I haven't been on here. My website went live yesterday:j my virgin email has been down now for 3 days:mad: the POP3 server is down and that is having a huge impact because I can send but not receive. So if you know of a good email account with POP3 server let me know.

I won't be about tomorrow as I am off to the NEC - so it will cost me £4.50 return on the train (change at New Street), I won't be taking my own food nor drink this time because I broke the tooth last time, so I have decided to splash some cash on buying stuff when I am there. Hopefully, I won't have to buy too much as I plan to blag free cake:D

I was offered a job today - working from home selling advertising space for a wedding directory, they will pay me and if I play my cards right I may just get a free advert - question is do I do it or not? It will at least pay for the insurance that I have to take out.

Don't forget the mint cake when you're in Kendal. May I ask what you talk about when you are doing your toastmaster malarky?

Also, do you know any good but cheap accountants?

Enjoy your weekend in Kendal Strumpet.

Horace - enjoy your day at the NEC.

Glad things are panning out for you at the mo H! Sounds like you've got your hands full! What sort of accountant are you looking for? Someone to do your tax etc or just a book-keeper for now?If you just need a book keeper, you ought to be able to do it yourself. I can help you with that. It shouldn't take long to get you up to speed.Strumpet

    Friday 10th October 2008

Quiet day at work today. Treated myself to lunch from teh bakery as there's nothing in the fridge at home. Away for the weekend so that's no problem. Will definitely push a grocery shop into next week. YAY!

Got another £4 in £2 coins yesterday so I'm up to £22. Well on the way to reaching £30 by 31st October. Might even get to £40!!!

Had to fill the car with diesel today which, even though the cost has fallen to 116.9p / litre, still cost me £51.00!!! Still, this should last until a week on Monday hopefully.

It's 14:05hrs and I am VERY bored at work. Hoping the boss will let me go at 15:00hrs but I guess it might still be 16:00hrs

    Hi everyone

I am back from the NEC and I am cream crackered:rolleyes: Still, I had a fab time, I was asked by a vicar if I wanted to get married so we chatted about church weddings and costs etc. I was serenaded by a chap who sings songs like Frank Sinatra. I have discounts galore which I shall pass onto my clients. One chap even told me which gay bars to visit in Birmingham:eek: - I have a gay friend so I shall ask him to take me so I don't look odd. So Strumpet...if you want to be committed to OH, you know where to come:D

I made £10 today too by selling a spare ticket to the show:j Only had one sample of cake - a tiny morsel but I managed to get some swizzles lollipops and some loveheart favours (now eaten):rotfl:

Aah..accountants...I need someone to sort out my tax for me because I can do my own bookkeeping (I once did bookkeeping as a job which isnt bad considering I came out of school with a CSE3 in Maths:eek: - I used to keep manual ledgers and computrised ledgers).

I got some absolutely fabulous contacts - one is Laguna hotel in Phuket, now if I can get there, I can stay and be shown around:j The chap told me that they had some really private villas that cost £4000 per night:eek:

Sorry Strumpet for hijacking your thread.

Naughty boy - you shouldnt have missed your appointment. If you have a screensaver at work see if you can't change it to remind you about the appointment - have the words running across the screen:D

    Have a fab weekend.

Hi Strumpet - do you have Microsoft Outlook at work? Again you can use the calendar function for reminders - it will pop up with a window to remind you of the appointment:D
