  • Thanks, I'll try soaking it in some white vinegar and see if that works.

And yes, I'm thinking about sending the can back and complaining.

Hi not sure if posting in correct place, feel free to move.

I have problems with loads of my white/cream tops and OH's shirts in that under the arms gets discoloured...I must sweat a funny colour because it looks like a yellow/pink colour.:o
I've tried shop bought stain removers but it hasn't worked...any Old Stylers out there know something that might get rid of it?

Thought of another problem too.....any OS tips for toilet cleaning, especially removing limescale type stains?
  • Hi there
I did a thread called Deodorant Spoils my clothes any recommendations? Somebody had mentioned soak the area with white vinegar and gently rub then wash as normal not that I did it myself as I think my clothing with dark markings under the arm had gone beyond the marks disappearing. Good luck if it works for you though.

Stardrops is always good for soaking (though not very OS I now use the Oxy powder for whites to really bring back the sparkle. A tub lasts forever! :o )

Must've been the extra hot days (now a distant memory with all this rain), but is there something that can remove white deodorant marks from clothes? In the worst ones, the fabric is quite stiff

Could make hubby wear a jumper until shirts need replacing but not sure he'd cooperate.

I've already thrown three out, then when I realised they're all like it I thought hang on this will cost a fortune to replace them all!!!

    hayulp!
