    Hi Pash,

The andrex wipes and boxes are on BOGOF at the mo and are £1.70 each which i thought was a bargain. I used my points () to buy these and am going to stock up while the offer is on!

I'll explain the TS as I (personally!) understand it ......

    2 for £7

so till takes off £4.48 (smaller priced item is £4.49 but because it's 2 for £7 and your hair serum is £6.99 then it needs another 1p from the smaller priced item to make it to the 2 for £7 ........ with me so far? lol)

Then hand over your free long hair item (being the serum) and it takes of £6.99 from your total of £7 (which is made from the £6.99 hair serum and the 1p left from your smaller priced item) and you just have the 1p to pay from the smaller priced item.

Does that make sense ??? lol ........ It does to me ! lol

Yes it does, thank you so much :D

    The fog is finally clearing!

10? More like 20! :rotfl:I have had the luck to have the same SA every morning and i go armed with two baskets with the same shop in them and she is a dream! Most SA's will scan coupons rather than reading them which obviously helps! Might have a break now though as spent a small fortune but saved loads! ALthough i have loadsa vouchers so would be a shame not to use them;)

I was especially pleased with the socks! £1.50 each with 100 points!

I said to her that the hand cream was marked on the shelf as included in the offer, but she was adamant it just meant the Total Effects facial skincare range was included. She started to get really quite flustered and cross, so there was no point trying to stand my corner, as it wasn't worth making (even more of an) enemy of her!

To be honest I'm in two minds whether or not to complain. The SA in question has been there for a long time and I see her most days there. I suspect she would work out it was me who complained, and this may just make it worse if I have to be served by her/ any of her friends again

From now on I'm only going to pay upstairs in that store, as downstairs you don't know which SA you will get until you're at the front of the queue- even if I have to buy a mountain of paracetamol over the year to feel justified paying at the pharmacy counter!!!

Thanks for all the kind messages guys, made me feel much better. And as Mrs Bluebear says, for every rude SA there is a helpful one :D

Plan B then! Still complain, but about the labelling and the fact that it is unclear to the staff! And explain how uncomfortable you were made to feel and pay upstairs as it's easier to see who you will be served by - even the lads on the photos have had the pleasure of serving Krispii with glitchy shopping and vouchers :D

Ooooooooooooooooooh regarding the possible half price offer on electricals. I was thinking of getting the No.7 mirror with the lights at the side £39.99 with points. It would so make my weekend if that went down to half price!! Does anyone have it? Any good? Also asked about the heated No.7 eye lash curlers I bought today - wondered if anyone owned them and what they thought?
I have this (bought when it was 1/2 price too!), and do like it. The lights aren't quite as bright as I'd expected, but do help give a more even illumination on your face. I am definitely pleased I got it :) (but wouldn't pay £40 for it!)
You might be able to get a GWP with it too, if it's a nice SA, since it will only be 1p short of the £20 spend.

    Hi Mrs T

    You have a PM

Oh and there is a coupon in ACM for the 100 points but the socks are discontinued so worth getting these even without the voucher!
