  • Still have yet to try the TS glitch as I love the shampoo and get through so much! The only Boots I kno in London that stocks it is the one on Oxford Street, such a trek....

Does anyone know anywhere in London that stocks the TS long hair stuff? Liverpool Street? Anyone tried?

Liverpool St has it and I imagine Chancery Lane/Hatton Garden branch would too.
  • Just a quick question for all you "dab hands" out there....
Not really Boots Related but.... is there anyway of going back to where you left off on this thread?
Like a bookmark sort of thing? If i am away from the Computer for more than an hour there is usually a fair few pages which i need to catch up on each time, and i always have to find where i left off the previous time..IYKWIM.. LOL

LOL Top of your page on the left, should look like this

View First Unread This thread has been viewed 55295 times.

Just click on view first unread.

If you have actually exited the thread, click on the main Boots Grabbit whatever its called thread LOL and then the View First Unread and it takes you straight to it.

Alternatively, mimimise your page with Boots thread on it and leave it there all the time. I sometimes do this while im working on other stuff/researching etc and then I can just bring it back to full view, refresh the page and bobs your uncle.

  • Also...does anyone have any ideas on a good glossing serum/creme, for applying AFTER you've styled your hair? I use JF sheer blonde gleam creme atm, and I fancy a change but would like something similar?

No idea but surely TS Long Hair Pink serum is worth a shot at 1p

re. the mitchum coupons - i was also refused the 50% coupon today asthey said it was a photocopy - i said that it was not a photocopy but that I had printed it out from the internet using a black and white printer - anyway - they were having none of it and said that somebody had used some in that store yesterday and that they had been told not to accept them. to be honest I am not sure what all the fuss is about. I havejust visited the 2 web sites where these coupons came from (see links on the first page of this thread) and they are both completely legitimate coupons. BOTH coupons also say that 1 coupon to beused "per product purchased" - it does NOT specify a limit on how many you can print out at all - so if i wanted to buy 10 in the same transaction then it would be perfectly legitimate to use 10 separete coupons. Boots will be able to recoup the money from these coupons. I know there have been issues with the huggies coupons but that is because they are all unique, they have somebody's name on them, and you are only supposed to be able to print one coupon, unlike the mitchums which are unlimited. I will not attempt to use any more of these in my local as as far as i am concerned it is more hassle than it is worth. I have used several of these in different stores over the past week or so but as far as I am concerned there is no problem with this.

Hope this helps those of you who may be worried about having used these...

I know exactly what you mean as I had to ask this question many months ago too. When you click on user cp you will see the list of subscribed threads. There is a little blue tick next to them click this and it will take you to where you last left.

I love Chanel Coco mademoiselle for very special occasions (coz its so bloody expensive!)

Stella is lush too...my friend (who used to work on the perfume counter) told me that it was designed to smell like a ladies fairy to attract men!!! Not sure how true this is but I do get a lot of compliments from men when I wear it........;)

DKNY be delicious (red one) for daytime.

My OH and me both wore Eternity on our wedding day. Ah so romantic.:D

I want to get Notorious next, I think its by Ralph Lauren, smells a bit vanillary but not in my local Boots yet. I saw it in the airport.

A quick question girls, I have just been reading CPG's 1st post and there is a link on there for the current ACM's.

Now I've had a look on the link and I was wondering if it is just certain people targeted for certain vouchers? Or am I mis reading the ACM each time I go to it?

I only ever look under "View all offers", never under each category e.g, baby, looking good etc.

Is this where I am going wrong as my offers are complete pants!!!!!
  • Re perfume, I'm not sure I should admit this but I keep deliberating whether to use points buying some Katie Price Stunning!!!!! And I'm even less sure whether to admit that the thing keeping me from doing so is that it's much cheaper in that other horrible shop

    (I'll get me coat....)

I have quite a few of the 100 points vouchers for the No7 liplicious lipglosses if anyone wants them. They are usually about £9 but with the pinky its not bad.
