Well, they didn't get back to me but my pack came today. Gonna take a look and sign it later... Anyone else finding this a little grim?

Take care - the T&C's have been changed with regard to the £25 M&S vouchers. You now have to pay FIVE MONTHS insalments as opposed to ONE MONTH before they send them to you - quite a change. Noidea when they changed these (certainly AFTER I signed up) but I'm ringing them today and will try and get the date it changed.

A telephone appointment time/date was then agreed for their nurse to phone.

I had the same happen, they did then phone when agreed (early, in fact), and the paperwork arrived next day.

I applied for this nearly 2 weeks ago - not had anything back yet - how long does it take for M&S to go thru the applications by hand.

Has been posted elsewhere that they had 5000 (5.00) applications in a few days. I do know that they do attempt to phone all applicants before they send any paperwork, if theres no medical issues and they cant catch someone by phone then they just send the policy documents out.

I have read on another site that it is now 6 months before you receive your £100, can anyone tell me if this is true??

I've found this on their website

"The gift vouchers will be sent to you after you have made your fifth months life insurance premium payment"

It wasn't easy to find so maybe they don't want us to see it

I spoke to one of their nurses this morning, and asked about the cash back out of curiosity and she told me that I would need to go back to CBK as it is not dealt with by M&S, the voucher should still apply tho :cool:
