Does it matter if you say you're a non-smoker when you are really a smoker? I thought it would only mean it gives them a reason not to pay out if you died. Hopefully that's not happening anyway. And you're going to let it expire soon.

Seems to have been halted,as u can see with this CBK thread, CBK stated that it was going to run until 11th September, I didnt believe that it would do. :rotfl:

Yes you do to be on the safe side, as soon as it is awarded it can be withdrawn straight away.
