there is absolutely no need for this sort of response to a question. Whether you think the question was silly or not, the poster quite obviously thought they had a genuine gripe and is entitled to a civil response.

Oh and by the way - check your spelling!

Yes there was. The original post was silly and this is a public forum so I will post what I like -but thanks anyway for telling me off :T, I get kicks out of being reprimanded by random people on forums, so I well chuffed now:D

I don't see you ticking anyone else off - was this because my answer was smart, witty and actually quite funny?
Have you had past issues with carrier bags? Is that why you took it so personally?

I promise to watch my spelling in the future on the condition you promise to begin sentences with capitol letters- tut tut.
• Ooohhh my letters have gone all small - will I get told off for that as well?

'Transport in an upright position' doesn't mean it won't fall over in a car and hey presto the lid comes off. Whose fault is that, the customers', they should have made sure it was in a 'Secure Upright Position'. But NO they will blame it on faulty goods and want their car valeted. Been there and dealt with these peoples claims and they received nothing other than an apology that they felt we were responsible for transporting their purchases.

Yeah, just checked the wording and it does say 'secure upright position'.
I agree it is the customers fault if this caveat is included but not necessarily so if it was not. It's easy when one has extensive experience of something to expect everyone to have the same sort of learned 'common sense'. This is often not the case though. I think it does us good to be reminded of our greater experience compared to others. Stops us assuming the ones who get it wrong are stupid in some way.:D
• Have now deleted my message, sorry can't believe how many people have already replied, think OP has got the message loud and clear ...oops

Well the fact that it is a public form actually means you CAN'T post whatever you like (not for long anyway) - but I think Marleyboy is spot on - give you enough rope etc....!!

Whether you or I thought the poster was silly or not is not an excuse to hold them up to ridicule and mock them in such a silly manner.

I have no idea what a capitOl letter is. However, rest assured, when I find out where and what it is, I will make full use of it.

How do you figure that one out? Not "hate" comments etc but otherwise people are entitled to their views.

Your view seemed to be that the OP had no right even asking the question!
