I need either my last P60, or 3 months bank statements for the mortgage application - I have neither! Spent last night tearing my house up, to find 9 of the last 12 years P60s but not the last one, bah! Also as I use online banking I tend to shred my paper statements immediately, really should tell them to stop sending them me.

So, whats quickest? I'm guessing request more statements, will they accept ones printed at the branch do you think or will I have to wait for 'real' ones?
With some banks you can print statements yourself from your on line banking;)

Thought of that, but do they count? Seems VERY easy to manipulate, to pretend you don't really buy so much gin.....

no they dont accept the printed copies of bank statement. I had the same problem and had to waite for 5 working days till i got the original once. Be quick and ask you bank to send to you now. You might be lucky and get it quicker. The postal strike on saturday and monday will delay this

Do you think one printed on headed paper by the branch would do? If they can even do this?!?!

Called and ordered them anyway, lets just hope the postal strike doesn't delay it all. Was trying to get this all sorted ASAP, bah!

I was told you can print them offline but you need to go into your branch and get them certified. Also I was worried as im a bit of a spend thrift because obviously at the moment I live with my parents and apart from the small amount of rent I pay plus my car I dont currently have any worries. If you cant do it now when you have no responsibilities when can you do it. My credit report is now excellent. I have an authorised overdraft of £400 but never go over it but do use it up. I hope this wont cause an issue with this all going ahead? I have had the morgage offer but once I get my pack need to send bank statements and payslips in.

I called co-op today to make sure they had sent my funding request, which they confirmed they did on the 4th. He offered to call ownhome to check, and they deny receiving it and said funding had now run out for west mids! He's trying to sort it out for me now, as you can imagine I'm just a little bit stressed :(

If the co-op are trying to fix it, for me that means they forgot to send it.

Exactly the same thing happened to me & i went crazy at the co-op!

Hope it gets sorted for you...

I phoned Places 4 People today and they recieved the email from Co-op yesterday and they had recieved it in time, so hopefully that should be ok. Im sure that yours will be ok as its their error, not yours.

Cheers both. Bloke from co-op said they can prove it went on the 4th, so ownhome have allocated the funds. Gonna call them now though, just to be sure!
