Really hope it goes well for you. As I said before, P4P said funding is low but not critical. They wouldn't even entertain giving me an idea of how long it'll last though!0

Ive just about had enough of Co-op, yesterday they told me it was top of the pile to look at, this morning I rang and they said they were looking at this morning and ive just rung now and told that they have no decision as yet. Why tell someone incorrect information?? I know they are getting fed up with me at Co-op keep ringing but thats just tough, I want this mortgage more than anything, and the fact it was originally declined was not my fault! If I dont have a decision by today I really think ill end up being admitted to the local hospital with an ulcer!0

The co-op are USELESS. My caseworker went off on holiday for two weeks without telling us or apparently anyone else which meant me phoning every day with the promise things would be chased up. Grade A morons, the lot of them. Although I do not advocate ringing P4P ten times a day as you will be holding up other's appliactions, the co-op being slow and crap could cost you a house so bug them until they do what you want or die trying!0

Hi Presido, I have phoned them again today to ask what is happening with regards to my self (18 weeks since registering) again the answers were not forthcoming other than to say that another batch of letters is due to be sent out shortly. I was also told that there are 6000 people on the waiting list for London, but could get no information as to where I stand on that list.
Would you be able to advise as to how I can chase this up and find out exactly what has happened to my application?
they definitely have me on the system.
I contacted PFP today and managed to get a contact name and email - usual answer from them - i.e. NO ANSWES as to when people in the london area will receive letters for interviews. Theres little doubt in my mind that funding in the london area will run out by the time ALL the technicalities actually get processed....sad stuff....

Finally had a call back. They have overturned my original declined mortgage application. Apparently that linked address on my credit report had a default...absolutely unbelievable. Anyway they have offered me a mortgage that falls £4k short of what I need but thats not the end of the world, im hoping to get that from a relative even though I do have about that much in savings but will need that for furniture and fees!! Now just waiting for a caseworker to ring me back and sort out funding, fingers crossed. She has got until 2.15pm then im ringing lol!!0

Well I'm filling in the application form, and noticed that neither my loan or overdraft appear in the section marked loans/overdrafts. PANIC! But I've called them, and apparently thats normal. All this is picked up in the credit check, and does not need to be on the actual form.
So nothing to report really, just a heads up in case anyone else gets worried.0 -
Co-op lady has emailed P4P and hopefully funding will be secured. Everything crossed. Co-op still havent had anything to say that funding for West Mids is in the red zone yet but I would imagine that wont be too far away.0

I need either my last P60, or 3 months bank statements for the mortgage application - I have neither! Spent last night tearing my house up, to find 9 of the last 12 years P60s but not the last one, bah! Also as I use online banking I tend to shred my paper statements immediately, really should tell them to stop sending them me.
So, whats quickest? I'm guessing request more statements, will they accept ones printed at the branch do you think or will I have to wait for 'real' ones?0
