help.. how do you cook haggis

    Right microwave it is

    so how long do i nuke it for then?
    do I do it on full power or what?
    it weighs 625g if that makes any difference

    Remember to take the metal clips off if it has them on it. :p

    Take it out of the plastic. Put it in a caserol dish and nuke for about 4/5 minutes. Until its piping hot basically.

    take the skin off (and the clips! ) slice it, shove it in a pyrex dish, dot butter on it, oven cook 45 mins and its gorgeous !

    saw a recipe for haggis lasagne somewhere cant remember now but sounded nice, suppose you sub the mince for haggis

    That sounds really tasty...how does haggis compare in cost to mince :confused:

    not really sure how much they are as havent bought one for a while but wouldnt be more than £1.50 i think

    well....I ended up nuking it....was a bit dry so i flung in some whisky (as you do) and then couldnt eat mine because it was too spicy:o
    OH enjoyed his though:D
