    Earlier in the year I did a Hunt for the best Haggis for Burns Night and in fact Lidl came out top for taste and price.

    It is very similar to lamb mince

    how in the name of goodness do you cook haggis?

    We usually buy the tinned stuff but this one is the real deal,and I have no idea what to do with it:o

    Hi there

    I always slit it open and tip it into a dry frying pan and break it up as it cooks -a bit so it looks like mince

    I think that may make it a bit too dry
    It seems to be a very dry mix in the casing
