Its a drinks job with RE0 -
I have a shop to do with Gap, on the orientation it says you MUST make a purchase to prove you went and makes a clear point of that, yet on assignment notes it says no purchase necessary
oh and the drinks job with RE is easy, seems more daunting than it actually is, the good thing with stuff like that is that you can sit down and collect your thoughts for a bit, I'm worried about these takeaways and timings, gonna lose track!0 -

Does anyone know the internal workings of OC? I have just done a job for them in a building society where I have an account, and I go in every couple of months to use my account. I just wonder if the branch will be told it was me who assessed them? Do they send the report to the branch or just to Head Office?0

I suppose my tip for MSing is to break the job down into manageable chunks and do each one then forget about it. For example, left and right of shop, I stand outside and look like I'm texting, but just saving the info to my mobile, then I forget about that, it's done, it's recorded, move on to next bit, time I go into shop, another draft text later it's forgotten, and so on. Basically my brain doesn't cope with the sheer amount of information needed, so I can work with the wee chunks better, and then forget about them once I know I've recorded it.
Also, and it's the biggie - read your briefing notes. Not just once, but a few times as there's always something I've missed in the first reading. And take the notes with you, hidden away somewhere, as I always get a panic of 'aargh, what was it I needed to check?'. Well, you check the loos, so you've got privacy for a sneeky peek, and to calm down a bit (well, the girls anyway, I don't know how the gents loos work).
Other than that, just remember to breathe, otherwise you pass out, stopwatches go flying and your cover's pretty much blown. It's not happened to me, you understand, I just always picture the worst case scenarios!0 -
as I'm going to need to start saving for tax soon, how much on average is national insurance? just to make sure this is worth me doing otherwise could be paying out to much NI and getting little left over.0

Hurrah! Just got my first flights, and as they are with OC I not only get the flights and a very good fee, but I get an accomodation allowance on top. The job is paying for me to go to a far away gig I couldn't have got to, and for my (more local) friends' tickets for the gig too. Sometimes I just LOVE mystery shopping...

I just got declined by GAP - am quite surprised as I used to work for them a few years ago. Wonder why - sob...Feel free to thank me, it makes my toes tingle and my ears go warm :T0
