Would be happy to help you both but I can't remember anything about the registration form for RM, and actually since I joined they have updated the website so has probably changed anyway.
Anyone joined them since they changed the website that could help?0 -
Hi
Does anyone know the actual dates of the month that GB add assignments? Also, I have noticed that a lot of smaller convenience store jobs have been added, but just about none in my area - I have been checking every day and only the really rural ones are up but no big towns up North. Last month I did 4 x convenience store ones in the big towns & there were plenty more, but this month, nowt.
Do they give certain areas a rest month to month?
Also not seen many 'green' petrol ones for ages, is this because they don't add them anymore or would GB change my profile so i couldn't see them? I have successfully completed some in the past.
Thanks!0 -

Evening all,
A little gripe (OK, so I'm letting off steam!), but if anyone else has experienced this and has a way round it, ideas are most welcome!
I went out of my way to visit a rural property for GFK, owned by a countrywide charity. It was a decent fee, although my outlay included entry and some food and drink, which came to nearly £10, plus petrol costs. My notes stated that the 'shop' at this property sold only guidebooks and plants; indeed, the 'shop' was the admissions desk - quite literally, a table. It was therefore impossible for me to do the things the report asked - like browse for 10 minutes, wait for assistance, and ask for help choosing a present for a friend or small child - "oooh, do you think a three year old would prefer geraniums or a cactus?". In the same vein, there were obviously no promotions to assess (Buy 2 guidebooks get an identical one free?), or 'upselling' for the single staff member to do. I pointed this out in the report; and today received a query about it. I restated my case, and have just been told that the property will have to be revisited. I assume that GFK will be withholding my fee too, although that hasn't been explicitly mentioned. Any way to make them see reason?!
Rant over. Sorry!0 -

One of the small supermarkets have been added at midnight last night so have probably all gone by the time you noticed them.
They use to publish jobs between 12-15 but now this is more towards the end of the month.
They publish the burgers and phone first and the rest at random days after.
Hope this helps.0 -

I've done these before too, I like them too. when I went the restaurant wasn't serving hot food and so we just had cake and I got paid no problem when I explained. Give them a call - usually easier to sort things out rather than email. if the job notes stated plants or guidebooks only and you bought one of them then I don't see why they wouldnt pay you. did you manage to get a receipt? the only reason to reshop as far as I see would be if there is a different shop there somewhere else and you didnt visit itwhats the point in someone re shopping it and having the same issue.
hope it works out ok0
