Just email them - I'm certain that even GAP pay if the shop's closed, luckily enough!0

Hi Scaredy
I seem to recall others in this situation have been reimbursed - but it's never happened to me so I can't be sure...Gala bingo wins £70!!! mystery shopping earnings: £0

I seem to recall that, too - and indeed they did once increase my fee on a job to compensate for a similar mix up (on another job) when they had me trying to order a delivery pizza from a shop that hadn't opened yet!
But I'm not sure how to word it - in the past they've done nice things when I haven't expected it and yet when I've politely asked them to reimburse me for my full spend they refused. So how do I word this email? Do I ask for a fee or just point out I am unhappy that I've put in the effort for the preparation and the fuel costs?0 -
I would personally just state the facts re time and money/effort spent and the reimbursement you expect (full or otherwise) and see what happens. Others who've done it may have other ideas...Gala bingo wins £70!!! mystery shopping earnings: £0

Just state that the shop was closed. I had this before but the shop was only closed for the day so they pay half the fee and rescheduled it for me.Scaredy_Cat wrote: »I seem to recall that, too - and indeed they did once increase my fee on a job to compensate for a similar mix up (on another job) when they had me trying to order a delivery pizza from a shop that hadn't opened yet!

Don't say that you expect anything as this is your second e mail in a week and they seem to all have the power to turn your account off with a click of a button.

Got a local job booked tomorow and another for friday and a couple at the weekend but I have quite a few booked for next week so I am hoping that my eyes will be driving vision by then (they are still a little fuzzy now and again ) Otherwise I will have to cancel a few and get a bus to the rest, which I don't mind, but I hate having to cancel jobs.Sealed pot Member target £200 - No. 151
