Hi everyone! I've had my busiest few weeks so far, with mystery flights and loads of shops,

and as I've just got a mystery flight to Paris next Sun/Mon that would cover that if I
    ;)

    Who's that with?
  • I'm just about to fill in my last questionnaire of the day. My timings say I went into a shop at 12:56 and came out at 13:03 but the receipt says I got served at 12:51. Do I put my times or the timings on the receipt? Thanks x

I would 'calibrate' my timings with the receipt. i.e. adjust my times (but not the timings) to the point that I was served, to agree with the receipt....

Does this make sense? I always do this as a simple case of times not agreeing is no reason for the MSing company to query them!

    Put in your times.

The clocks on tills etc are very rarely correct.

    That's with OC.

Is it you who does a lot of the Bare flights? I enjoyed mine recently for them - only to Manchester but had a nice day out. My husband thought I was mad as you don't get paid for their flights, but I thought it was good experience, and other expenses are covered so worth it I think. Plus, it could have been abroad, but I just chose that destination to do as a first one. I also had another airport job while I was there so that was good.

Thanks, I saw those ages back.

Yes I do the Bare flights. (not in that sense...)

Glad you enjoyed the Manchester trip.

I have joined a few mystery shopping sites- GAP, ABAi, Gfk etc. having probs with GAP because i had to cancel my first job because the fast food delivery place i accepted did not deliver to me. i have tried 3 times now to select the correct branch and keeps showing as cancelled/rejected. I've e-mailed them but have had nothing back- anybody got any ideas?

also could somebody please recommend who the best companies are to join?
    sorry, bit new to this!!

Have you tried varying the dates? SOme specify can't shop the same site if there has been a mystery shop 1 day before/after.

How are the reports for the flight, I would think it would be quite easy to take notes on flight jobs as no one would really take much notice. You could use those puzzle books and make notes on that. Not done a flight, but would be good experience even though my husband (like brryssn) thinks I am mad to want to fly somewhere for no pay.
Regarding timings - i would stick to my own timings.
I did RE jobs a few weeks apart for the same food chain and the time on the receipt was 10 mins out on both occassions
