I'm a bad girl, I haven't done any cleaning!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

I once briefly lokoed at that flylady thing... it was about 10 seconds before I threw the laptop out of the window to spare the horror..Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

It's over on OS - it's the list Sammy was putting up each day last week. They have a weekly thread running and it seems every so often someone shouts for a 30 minute 'challenge or exercise' and you are supposed to have a little burst of either cleaning or exercise.........it's all getting a bit tiring for me!!!
Have to say though - I've done around 2/3 of the list for today!"Stay Wonky":D

(i.e. BB) are there any resources online to advise on swimming techniques? especially breathing techniques... my stroke is okay and would improve if i could master breathing properly to submerge more....... even my 7 year old can dive in and not come up until 10m down the pool, me I hold my nose!!

About this time last Year I decided to start swimming again and could barely do 2 lengths front crawl without dying and had to stop. Amazingly you can really improve so quickly and so good for your fitness. The best thing that helped me was buying a nose clip and goggles...I just couldn't get any technique with breathing without the clip as the water kept going up my nose then I would choke etc etc. The 2nd thing I would suggest is going to a class for improvers. I used to go on a sunday night and it was great, didn't feel out of my depth as there were some that couldn't even swim.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Perhaps means he's in transit somewhere between OR and recovery? It is pretty ridiculous though
