I'm such an old fart i have no idea what half of these are, sorry!!!

I find it hard to run to music (i find it hard anyway but nuff said!) but i got into my stride with Pink - Like a pill, Paradise by the dashboard light - meatloaf, Summer of 69 Bryan Adams....

probably none of which you would consider half way decent music! sorry!!!!

What can I say??? like Sar, I'm a rock chick.
I seem to remember a couple of Tom Petty's were good for running to!
    and Megadeth - Peace sells
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I was going to suggest using appetite for destruction but i'm not sure about Patience and November rain... too slow... i love patience so much, haven't heard it for aaages, must dig it out...

Re swimming, it would do it for me if i was very good at it, i enjoy it and can swim but i'm pretty inefficient and breathing isn't good... so not an effective form of exercise for me as i don't do it well.... i.e. it would take me 45mins to an hour to swim 20 lengths, and that would be a very good days swimming for me!! :o
