    phew - got back from taking Charlie just in time. It was spitting as I drove back to my house and it's now chucking it down.

    Yeah, I have. Unfortunately, I pick my tracks on what gets my adrenaline pumping and sadly they don't! They're not bad tho!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I'm such an old fart i have no idea what half of these are, sorry!!!

    I find it hard to run to music (i find it hard anyway but nuff said!) but i got into my stride with Pink - Like a pill, Paradise by the dashboard light - meatloaf, Summer of 69 Bryan Adams....

    probably none of which you would consider half way decent music! sorry!!!!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
