    Ministry - New World Order
    Pearl Jam - Rearview mirror
    Stereophonics- Bartender & the thief

    Manic Street Preachers- Revol
    Foo Fighters- All my life

    The Hoosiers 'Worried about Ray' - beat matches my stride rate perfectly to help me maintain a slightly faster pace...

    Isn't that what pre-season training is for? Hubbles always came back with a good story of sprinting til he threw up. Sounded like a blast:p - worked everytime though...

    It helps that I love running. Start off small. And just keep going further every time. That's all I can suggest.

    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    yes I have been doing that, but it is only once a week, so i need to do somethign else as well
