Um, I forgot about my av. She left me last month. She fell head over heels for a Norwegian guy whilst on holiday. I do still love her, but nothing I can do!
I'm OK otherwise, just working and training (I'm doing the Nike 10k at the end of the month)

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

I don't like it, makes me look too young!
And yep, been eating lots of pasta and rice, along with fresh veg and stuff to keep in shape. I'm probably in the best shape I've been since basic training. I've even got the starting of a six pack!
