I would probably avoid November Rain too - although I like it, you could do your run, get home, have a bath, make dinner, eat dinner, get ready for bed and put the kettle on, all while you're listening to that one track! It's about 4 days long isn't it?

Mrs AQA... (i.e. BB) are there any resources online to advise on swimming techniques? especially breathing techniques... my stroke is okay and would improve if i could master breathing properly to submerge more....... even my 7 year old can dive in and not come up until 10m down the pool, me I hold my nose!!

Why not book a lesson at your local pool? There should be someone there who can help. I got a lesson so I know the technique and I just need to practice and relax to get my timing right (and remember to breathe out under water:o )

Hi all, not been on here for a while, these school holidays do interfere with my MSEing.

Good to see you are all well and as mad as ever, just read the thread and had a good chuckle.

Off to town to do some food shopping with my list in hand(must pick it up before leaving the house) then to the library then home to rearrange the bedroom, got some new drawers on Saturday:j .

    Be back later.
