Morning all,
WAT, I hope the girls turn up soon, what a worry for you, hope all is ok x
Pen Pen, Happy Anniversary to you and him indoors :T
Dull day here again, got some whites in the wm, will try to get them out later, I am taking DD into town today, she is meeting her friend who is over from Dubai, she goes home on Wednesday and this is the last time they get to see each other.
Cottage pie for tea tonight, its not one of my favourites but dd had requested it, I will pick some of my carrots from the garden to go with it
.
Other than that i will try to get into the garden for a potter, my lovely OH mowed the lawns yesterday, and cleaned my car and hoovered it our for me, so extra brownie points for him
.
I think I said the other day, but my newhew keeps getting up in his sleep, getting onto his knees and rocking up and down, he does it every ten mins throughout the night, it is really spooky to watch, he is completly asleep, and he does not know he is doing it, he other nephew sleeps through it
. My brother said he does it all the time at home, but his headboard bangs against the wall, and his bed squeeks, brother said his neighbours must think that him and his OH are at it like rabbits
Well thats it from me,
Hugs to smoky, jayward, candy and all in need.
Have good days all xx0 -
Happy Anniversary to Penpen and dh
pixie you doing your own ironing from now on

Whatatwit - I do hope all is well. I am sure it is, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for you.
I haven't been on line this weekend, so I hope that the wedding went well, mioliere, and that Silvercharming and Dave are well.
Plus all the others that need a good hug!
Little bear was, of course, good when we took him to Makro. I have absolutely no problems taking him out when I am with my darling husband. This convinces me that I am being extremely silly about going on buses. However, the weather forecast is so grim that I fear that I will not be putting the silliness to the test. I think it is a trundle round the local shops for him.
A pair of trousers that were perfect, or a little long on him, two weeks ago are now considerably too short. Added to his resistance to having his face washed he can look like such a deprived child. I supposed that this is the start of things. My brother grew six inches in four months as a teenager.Ankh Morpork Sunshine Sanctuary for Sick Dragons - don't let my flame go out!0 -
good morning everybody
WAT - I hope they have reappeared - thinking of you - besides the worry, a night without sleep makes you feel so rubbish. i wouldn't want to be miss twit when she gets home.....
not a great day planned today - determined to get things sorted in the house before i go back to work, so i have three weeks left. doing it little by little, so as not to notice! today i'm going to organise the shed, organise the study shelves, iron (omg! did i say iron? i never iron!!!!) and start a charity shop bag of clothes. i WILL be organised.
will watch and marvel at a bit of the olympics too. well done to the two swimmers!
have ordered a beehive style composter for my garden - a bit of an expense but the garden is so small it needs to be something ornamental. can't wait to empty the pots of compost i have waiting into it! - then the garden is finished apart form plants! the first toms are at long last almost ripe - i'm resisting picking them so the others get the idea, although i'm sure some sun would help!
anyway, will drop in later,
hugs all round but especially WAT.
PO xx
