Why did I think Greg was February? Adam's b'day is the 27th. Must make sure I don't forget. (Puts note in diary and had to double check that I had got the correct date) I don't envy you with Greg being mobile at such a young age. My first two were and I thought Adam was just lazy but now realise that doing these things weren't important to him; he has two brothers who do it for him!
Floxxie
That's exactly what I think about Tom. He has all four of us waiting hand and foot on him. If he wants anything he just points and goes "urhhh" until someone gets it for him!0 -
Well, Greg took his first 4 steps last night. And then he took another 3 a few minutes later. Unfortunately I wasn't there to see it, as I was out sorting out a load of Ebay stuff with my listing buddy. I've spent all morning trying to get him to do it again, but of course babies never perform to an audience, do they?!
I'm on a mission to clear out the study this morning, which is a total mess (again). Wonder if there's any possibility of actually keeping it tidy if I do it properly this time?0 -

Well, congratulations anyway! Its such a momentous thing isn't it.... I remember seeing a friend's baby take her first steps, and we all clapped. Feeling quite emotional! Sorry, panda, you're still fuming cos you missed it ....2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Well done Greg! :T
Tom will only walk if you hold something edible in front of him. Other than that he still just bum shuffles!0 -
Im really sorry you missed his first steps, there will be no stopping him again before too long.
How are the ebay sales going? I hope you are getting lots of sales and are clearing the mountian.DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0 -
We're really flying on Ebay at the moment. Listing buddy is going great guns and not only is it getting listed, but some of it is actually selling as well! My bedroom has become a stock room (thankfully it's a big room) and there are boxes and rails of clothes everywhere.
Greg still hasn't walked again, although he does really like walking around the garden if you stand above him holding his hands.
Holiday all booked - we've gone for 2 nights at Disney, mainly because any less would only give a couple of part days there, any more would have cost a fortune. 11 nights in the campsite. The Ebay money is going to pay for it, and hopefully plenty of spending money too, which is how it has all been justified. Ta all again for the advice and tips.
I'm hardly ever getting on the computer these days unless it's to do Ebay, which is driving me mad. I've missed a £6 Itsyour view and a £4 P-cone survey in the past few days just due to lack of email checking. Not impressed!0 -
Great news - and I hope you see the second time Greg walks. Sorry about missing the good surveys tho, bummer. Isn't it lovely when a plan comes together tho!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Still busy with Ebay, every spare minute I've got at the moment seems to be spent wrapping and posting or editing listings. It's good, but I'm starting to get peed off with it already - if I was short of time to do things before, I'm totally screwed now!
Apart from that we haven't been doing much. I've been doing some fab grocery shopping at Home Bargains and B&M, which I hadn't realised sold such cheap food until last week. Unfortunately much of it is chocolate and crispsbut we've bought loads of good stuff as well like cereals, pasta and the likes.
Still haven't found the time to review and re-do the spreadsheet. It's got out of control because we've moved quite a few things around, and it was getting a bit too confusing so I really need to create another one, but that takes...time. I've no idea therefore how our debt totals are shaping up at all, and I hate not being in control of it all. MUST make that a priority.
Working tonight but Friday nights are fairly busy with the Polish, so I doubt I'll get much catching up done. Panda hugs to all of you anyway if I don't get round any other diaries.0 -
Friday nights with the Polish.......sounds too much like housework to meSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
