Hi, not started flying yet, but after mudbath and crafty getting good news about bones this week, it's now my turn :D

Have just got back from physio and have been told I can start driving again after 15 weeks out as the strength in my hand is now up to 9kg!! And I don't have to go to physio again for a month (just carry on with exercises at home) and then she might well discharge me :T

Am stupidly pleased as I was told to expect up to 5 months of physio and it's only been 2 so far :D

Will get to the list for flying when I've come down from the ceiling!!
    That's great news frod.
I keep being told that 'soft-tissue' injuries take longer than broken bones to heal
Having a grip is the stuff of dreams at the moment.

    That's MUCH better

    In the HHC I have

Dried and put away breakfast pots
    Washed lunch pots
Emptied kitchen bin, rinsed out with boiling water and put outside to dry
Brought in washing, having folded it (there wasn't a lot)
Got about 80% of dining room dusted - inc skirtings.
Cleaned dining room 8foot wide, full length patio, window

So Dining room will take no more than 15 mins to finish
    :A

vivw - DS1 will be in the staff camping area, which I think probably has better security. He was able to have a locker at the last one, and kept all the valuables in it.

    pigpen - I'll tell him!

    I hope so..........

Also it was at Reading that my daughter ended up with burn holes in her tent from the sparks from the burning toilets....

None of this seems to go on at the music festivals I go to

I've still got my conservatory table to do so I am going to do a HHC to get it done. Anyone want to join me from 3.30 - 4?

Froddington - my ligament damage to my thumb has taken longer to heal than the broken bone BUT it's ok now and I did overdo it at the beginning. Please learn from my mistake and don't do too much. I know I felt like a fake not doing stuff in the beginning so did it anyway...I paid for it!! Ooooh, that was a lecture wasn't it....didn't mean it to be;) .

I've sorted out our accounts and they'll all tick over whilst we're away. DH has secured a longer interest free period on the CC so we're not going to pay it back ASAP. We're going to split the amount between the months we have left. Scary but makes sense. Any extra money will go on the mortgage.

I really can't wait to start work again in September. I've got £499 booked in so would love to hit the £500 mark for my first month back. Every one of my old clients has rebooked which is great.

Right, off to see what I can tidy before DH comes home. See you later and don't forget my fondue pigpen xx:rotfl:
