Hello flipflop. I am very new to this thread but I do find that it motivates me to get stuff done!

But not today - I have sat here on the laptop, watched the Olympics and achieved precisely nothing! I need a kick up the butt - will be better tomorrow (promise)

Welcome to flipflop and all other newcomers today.

Didn't get any more flying done after lunch, but only had a flingboogie and sorting 10 things left on my list, and have done to level 3 every day since I've been back and only one dog biscuit so far!

Our free freeview box turned up yesterday (the ones teletext and inview are giving away - see freebies board) and am trying to convince OH to set it up before 8 as I want to watch in the bedroom and then read my book as there's nothing I fancy watching at 9.

Will just go and copy and paste tomorrow's list if it's up, and then sign off to do some nagging.

AnW'smum glad you had a lovely holiday and mudbath enjoy yours.

It's been abit nuts here today and no flying has been done yet but hopefully i'll get these ones to bed and get start, also want to do abit of course work tonight (only have 2 weeks to do 2 assignments and i've 2 away in that still need to be marked and if there wrong i need to redo them.:eek: Plus laptop has virus's and computer drop's connection every 10 minutes for some reason so need to look into that tonight. Running around today getting t-shirts for my sister's hen night this saturday and need to leave them 30 miles away tomorrow to get them printed.:mad: Have nearly everything else sorted but to be honest i'm not in the mood for partyin.

Poor bo didn't have his operation today because he was vomiting last night so the vet thought it best to put it off until tomorrow and see how he is. They did do bloods today and all his organs are working fine, they did another xray and have found a hair line factor on the leg with 2 breaks so not great news. Poor pet is all depressed too which is to be expected but the vet is worried about it, they have decided instead of putting him through 2 operations that they would be safer to just do all at the one time. So fingers crossed he's picked up abit tomorrow and can have his operation. Can't even think about it without there being tears.

Right i should go and do abit of flying before the house is lost under clutter, washing and rubbish, back later to update.

food shopping!

Im going to try and do some now.....but I have to check the bus timetables first:).....The boys made more of a mess in the garage:( but handed me 3 black bags of rubbish!!! so thats something!!! Wow they were so tired when we went shopping and they looked tired too....but it was their own fault!! I am evil!!!!

I second your sentiments here Tottifrootti - also I have to say I only occasionally wish there was someone special in my life. I would go under without the support of my parents and mates though!

Thanks for all the well needed hugs, feeling better this evening as OH at work :rotfl: we'll be ok tho, just hurts at the time but wounds heal even nasty ones. Have had tea with the kids. Spent some time with DS putting Quicken money on his laptop so that he can learn where his money goes (got to catch them young enough to train them right). Need to nip to Mr T as didnt go at the weekend trying to use stuff up and keep to the grocery challenge but poor DS has nothing for packing up.
