mudbath cant believe your only going onyour hols I'm back to work on Friday cant belieive the holidays have gone so quickly we had 7 weeks off and it just feels like yesterday that it was week 1

It's gone so fast hasn't it. This is our first summer holiday since i've known my husband so it's a bit surreal. Saying that...normally I work up until the day that we go and with my wrist i've haven't done this time and it's been nice to be organised for once! I shouldn't say that - watch me get there and realise i've not packed underwear, suntan lotion, pjs etc .... you'll all be laughing your heads off at me when I get back! :rotfl: xx

I've still got my conservatory table to do so I am going to do a HHC to get it done. Anyone want to join me from 3.30 - 4?

mudbath - yes, it was at the festival that he - no, won't tempt fate! And this time he'll be going without his little sister to keep an eye on him.

pigpen - I'll tell him to cheer very loudly. If he gets the chance to say hi, my mum's virtual friends with pigpen - will they know who he means??!!:D

Just picked up DD. It's silly weather here today, blowing a gale, with bright sunshine and occasional downpours. I don't feel like doing anything else today. DD curled up on sofa with a film, I may join her.

Have managed to clear table and have put cloth in washing bin
Rest of bedding is now in tumbler
Have started to tidy rest of conservatory

Serena, the weather is the same here. Had just opened conservatory doors to the outside and it began to pour

It was at Reading several years ago that my son has the whole contents of his tent nicked.
A friend of ours always puts a padlock [not sure how] on his tent. As he says it won't stop someone who is determined to get in but will stop the opportunist
