I have pics of the website offer, my confirmation on website, my bank c/card payment, the other 1 disc bundle and my confirmation and cancellation emails. And I have trading standards dealing with it. looks like I may just get my £30.99s worth.

If find it very strange that you are unable to obtain stock of a product only released on 12 November 2004. I would have thought that the suppliers would have a large amount of this stock as the manufacturer has timed the release to maximise sales in the build up to Christmas.

I find it stranger, that you have made a decision to cancel my order as you are unable to obtain the Pokemon Colosseum Black Bundle in such a short time after my order was placed, where on my live order and when I ordered the said item it clearly stated normally dispatched in 14 days.

In addition when I checked my order at 10.30 Saturday morning to check when delivery was ( so that someone was at home to receive it) it stated expected delivery 7th Dec.

Even more confusing was when I showed my wife the item I had purchased for our son, the link from my order took me to a page where the price had increased to £109.99 !!! And for sale at that price.

Please can you explain why an order was cancelled when the product is available from other suppliers and was only released on 12th of this month.
In addition could you explain why the product was offered for sale today at a much higher price.

Maybe the confusion comes from the fact you displayed an old image on the website as an illustration of the product that was on sale.

The image you used to complement the product, was the packaging of the OLD pokemon Colosseum black bundle which has been available to purchase since 14th May 2004, so if you are trying to source that one I can understand how you cannot obtain stock, it has been unavailable for some time (probably
withdrawn) so that the manufacture could sell more new ones.

The product that I ordered was released 12th Nov 2004 Pokemon Colosseum Black Bundle. One the screen print out I took yesterday to show my wife it clearly states Release date 12 November 2004.

To avoid any confusion the OLD product released on 14th May - that you used the image from, has a 251 block memory card, a pokedek organiser and a link cable as part of the bundle, the new one, released 12 November the one I ordered yesterday has only the console, game and a smaller memory card of 59 block.

I would be grateful if you could reinstate my order and source the goods as described NEW pokemon Colosseum black Bundle released 12 Nov 2004 as advertised for sale on your site. It must be available as I doubt very much if a supplier would have such limited stock at this period of the year as to run out after 5 days of sales.

I will also telephone tomorrow to clarify the situation.

The reason we could not deliver this item to you was because it was out of stock with our suppliers. I apologise for this but we do not source from alternative suppliers in the case of an item being our of stock.

If you still wish to receive the order you will need to replace it online.

Sorry to add to this mail, but I thought I should also point out that in addition to my points below, you are selling and taking orders for the equivalent of the NEW pokemon collesium bundle black.

Taken from another supplier site - Pokemon Colosseum bundle, which features a black console, a memory card and a copy of the Pokemon Colosseum RPG title.

Please explain how this can be so, as the product I ordered has now been removed and my order cancelled due to supply problems.

Please check - I think you will find the NEW pokemon bundle which I ordered, has the same contents as that of the link above. The page also states Available Direct from the manufacturer, normally within 6 working days after you have received your order confirmation email.
I believe the two products to be one and the same.

Nintendo have de-listed this product from our current entertainment supplier, therefore we have not received any stock from Nintendo and are unable to supply the product.
