Virgin might have only stated that the Pokemon bundle only contained 1 disk, but so did the descriptions of their metroid and zelda bundles, and they definately contained console & pad.

If Tesco hadnt of blatently lied to me, saying they were unable to supply them, shortly before putting it back on their website for another price, i wouldnt of minded... but they didnt....

Similarly, if they had actually replied to my email within a reasonible amount of time I wouldnt of minded so much either....... but they didnt.... (didnt get a responce at all!)

Hence the reason I have reported them to watchdog

The contents list wouldn't matter, they only list number discs, not consoles, cables etc on most websites.

Eg: PS2 + Killzone Bundle (Discs 1) cos there is only one disc! Just so happens it has a console with it too.

The use of the word black in the description gives it away too cos it refers to the colour of the Gamecube console.

Well i have a printout of the 'Metroid Bundle' at home it did say 1 disc.. with a price of £99.99. luckily they took it off the website the day after I printed it. 8)

can scan and upload if needed..

Anyone ha any luck with Tesco......

They are just ignoring any emails, telephone calls. Ihave remained calm not worth fighting it or getting upset but jus annoyed at how they are behaving. i habe emailed them lots and telephoned them with calls meant to be returned but nothing......

I'd hate to blow away any evidence you guys have, but the Pokemon Mega Pak comes with 2 Discs. Pokemon Colluseum and Pokemon Box.
